Our Shipping Policy

In order to provide our customers with the most affordable prices, our products are sourced and shipped directly from various artisans and manufacturers within the US and all around the world. Orders shipped from within the US generally arrive within 5-10 business days. Products shipped from international manufacturers to the US typically arrive within 2 to 4 weeks and may take up to 6 weeks for delivery in other countries. Shipping estimates are noted in each product description.

We currently offer free shipping worldwide on all products except for items in our Freebies collection and our Print on Demand T shirts. Freebies are limited to 10 items per order and shipping for these items will be calculated at the checkout.

Current Shipping Delays:

Packages may experience extended delays in shipping or delivery due to circumstances surrounding the pandemic. Mail carriers such as USPS are overwhelmed with deliveries and limited on staff at this time. Air travel is currently limited for packages transported from overseas. Many logistics companies are also prioritizing what gets shipped and what will be delayed, with items deemed as necessity being shipped first. We apologize for the delay and appreciate your understanding during this difficult time.

Packages are typically shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, and Royal Mail.

Refunds

Due to the nationwide impacts of COVID19, we will no longer be issuing refunds for shipping delays. Refunds will only be issued for items that arrive damaged or do not arrive at all. If the tracking information shows that your package is still in transit, we cannot issue a refund. Shipping delays and extensions related to circumstances surrounding the pandemic are beyond our control. Please Note for Items Shipped from China:

According to the US Center for Disease Control (CDC), "there is no evidence to support the transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods". The CDC explains "because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets."
